As a U of M traveler, you may qualify for an additional 1-14% off of select domestic Northwest Airlines flights. These discounts are reflected in the fares that are shown in our self-booking tool. Eligible fares will be automatically discounted when we issue your ticket, and your invoice will reflect the savings.

First Time Users

In order to create your user account, please enter the following information the first time you sign in:

• Company
  Enter your Company login as specified by your Conlin Travel agent. If you are not sure of your Company login, please call your agent at (734) 677-2190.
• Member ID
  If you book travel ONLY FOR YOURSELF and no other, please use 1-traveler as your Member ID the first time you sign in.

  If you book travel for yourself and/or other travelers (i.e. If you are an Administrator or a Travel Planner), please use 2-planner as your Member ID the first time you sign in.

• Password
  First time users please leave the Password field blank.

After creating and submitting your Member ID, click on Profiles (at the top of the page) to fill out your Personal Information—Credit Cards, Flight, Car, and Hotel Preferences—which will be listed in the menu down the left side of the page. If you need assistance, there is a link to Help at the bottom right of the page.

That is it—you are ready to start booking travel!
